We’re all familiar with the fall migration, V-shaped squadrons of geese high overhead, hundreds of blackbirds resting on power-lines, taking flight in cachophanous unison. Even humans get in the act by flying off to the warm climes of Florida and Arizona. But did you know that the most familiar of the butterflies, the Monarch, migrates over a thousand miles to Mexico?
